Caveat: The pipe in "ready | reviewed" is escaped for table syntax, not sanitized for every Markdown renderer.
Format constraints
Requires a root array. Markdown table escaping is not HTML sanitization; review the rendered document.
Opening a large file and exporting it are separate operations. Output size and compatibility depend on the source shape and the selected format.
